"Wanalee and Adam Gorelick opened this stylish, upscale Thai restaurant during the height of the COVID pandemic in 2020, and they’ve never looked back. Charm Thai has since received rave reviews for its accessible, Instragrammable Thai dishes, and its lavender-hued, flower-shaped Royal Thai dumplings made with pea flower, shallots, ground peanuts, and sweet pickled radish. Diners can also expect light and citrusy minced chicken larb, crispy Thai chicken wings, a variety of curries, and a standout chicken pad see-ew. Spice levels on many dishes are adjustable but keep in mind that even medium can be intense for some.
