Plano, Texas-born Sixty Vines, the sustainability-centric wine bar and pizza spot that’s earned a dedicated following since 2016, has since added a pair of Texas locations in Uptown Dallas and Rice Village and another outpost in Winter Park, Fla. Its fifth location will open in mid-to-late May on the third floor of mixed-use Fifth + Broadway development.
