The cafe serves as the storefront for Radiant Coffee, a roastery business with roots in Eugene. The sunny, plant-filled shop features a relatively robust breakfast menu to augment its espresso drinks including buttermilk biscuit breakfast sandwiches (also in a vegan version with a bagel and Impossible meat patty), biscuits and mushroom or sausage gravy, and quiche, plus requisite pastries.
