"Caffe Medici, the Austin coffee shop mini-chain, opened a new cafe and roastery in East Austin this week. The sixth location is found at creative complex Springdale General. What’s special about this new location is that it contains Medici’s first-ever roasting facility. The space also works as its headquarters, containing its offices and training lab.
