"Construction has just begun at the Legacy West development in Plano on a new Japanese restaurant I read is slated to open in late summer; Kai will be all about grilled meat and is being developed by the Lombardi Family Concepts group (whose restaurants include Bistro 31, Lounge 31, Penne Pomodoro, Taverna, and Toulouse).
