"Arriving in Addison on Monday, August 26, the popular Korean chain opened at 5000 Belt Line Road Suite 310 as its sixth DFW outpost (joining locations in Frisco, The Colony, Hurst, Richardson and Dallas’s Preston Center, with a Plano location coming soon). I note that diners can build their own rice bowls by choosing a base like kimchi rice or japchae noodles, adding a protein such as garlic pork or Korean short rib, topping it with veggies and an over-easy egg, and having everything served in ridiculously hot stone bowls (regular bowls are available for the heat-averse). A couple of dessert options and classic Korean beverages, including fizzy Milkis and cinnamon-scented sujeonggwa, round out the menu, and the Addison location is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m." - Amy McCarthy
