"At the Lee and White complex off the Westside Beltline in West End, I found that ASW Whiskey Exchange functions primarily as an unconditioned rickhouse (whiskey storage/aging warehouse) that gives the distillery flexibility with aging and finishing — some barrels are aged in conditions similar to Scotland, while others mimic Tennessee and Kentucky extremes. In addition to barrel storage, ASW-West End serves as a second blending and bottling facility and includes a tasting room with cocktails." - Beth McKibben
