In 2018, chef David Touvell (the chef and owner of CHOW) took ownership of the cafe nestled in a charming old house with worn wooden floors and tables, bringing fresh and organic dishes to the menu. Diners at the Sisters location favor the Vinny, a classic eggs Benedict on a thick piece of house-baked white toast, a country French bread. While all the sides are excellent, the bacon cheddar grits is a must-try cafe specialty.
