"Anyone who has visited CHOW in Bend will recognize much of Cottonwood Cafe’s menu. In 2018, chef David Touvell (the chef and owner of CHOW) took ownership of the cafe nestled in a charming old house with worn wooden floors and tables, bringing fresh and organic dishes to the menu. Diners at the Sisters location favor the Vinny, a classic eggs Benedict on a thick piece of house-baked white toast, a country French bread. While all the sides are excellent, the bacon cheddar grits is a must-try cafe specialty.
