"Bouchon is the French sister restaurant of The Surf Club, one of Miami’s most tuxedo-appropriate fine dining spots. But Bouchon does a good job at pretending to be casual. Menus are made of paper, you might hear Daft Punk over the speakers, and the entrees don't cost $100. Still, there’s a special occasion quality to Bouchon. It’s inside a historic building and has a lovely dining room that hits that aesthetic sweet spot between intricate and minimal.
