"When Jimoto opened last winter from a Matsuhisa and Nakazawa alum, it was an immediate hit. The tiny counter-service spot dishes out hot ramen and five types of oozing soup dumplings, as well as poke bowls. Newly remodeled for this season, the dining room makes you feel like you’re aprèsing in Niseko, with Japanese art and coffee table books to peruse while resting your ski legs on the couch.
