It’s the second location for the restaurant (theoriginalis in Nashville’s Buchanan District), and it buzzes like a Friday even on a Tuesday. The menu is a comfort-forward sweep of ginormous plate-sized tacos, pocho nachos, citrusy margaritas that don’t skimp on the lime, and the best tortilla chips in town. It’s delightfully kitschy (yes, that’s a cardboard cut-out of Selena by the door), and built for groups—easy to park and even easier to order.
