"The name says it all: dinner at this intimate Queen Village spot is all about seafood. There are always a few unmissable items on the ever-changing menu, and one of them is the crudo. Most recently, the fluke crudo looked more like a colorful salad than fish—a roof of baby fennel, carrot slices, pistachio, and mizuna all covers thinly sliced fluke in a pool of shallot vinaigrette.
