"This hidden courtyard bar was an early crusader in Milan, unabashedly preaching about natural wine since 2018. The apostles are servers with encyclopedic minds that replace the need for a physical wine list. They’ll ask you what you like, and even if all you can muster are a few vague adjectives and “something funky,” trust their recommendations without hesitation. With plenty of indoor and outdoor tables, just off a strip of vintage and streetwear shops, a congregation enjoys casual glasses of spontaneously fermented Sangiovese. Although there is more on the menu, just snack on a plate of olives or anchovies under the tall trees and church steeples before heading to dinner." - Margaret Ross
