"Shelter Distilling makes all of its spirits and beer in-house and is perfect for people-watching. Just be sure to claim a spot at the bar or at one of the high tables inside before it gets too packed at Happy Hour. The creative cocktails, like the Ube Bae made with rum, ube coco cream, lime, and mango are definitely the highlight—the food here is really best for a snack rather than a full meal." - Danielle Bauter
