We’re going back to the classics here via tannic pinot noir, oak-tastic chardonnay, and nothing else, with the exception of some glad-you’re-here Champagne before launching into a tour of the winery. The wines certainly stand out in the crowd, but enjoying them at a candlelit wooden table inside the cellar—funky mold and all—is what makes the tasting at Abbott Claim so special.
