"With its good looks and regal food, this bright haunt is already a hot spot. Its hip, industrial-chic interior is modern and plain gorgeous, with hanging green plants, white painted pipes and exposed brick. Incredibly fresh, creative Californian fare reigns supreme on this menu, and the dishes turned out are well-balanced and neatly executed. Try the delicate pickled fritto misto, a crispy tempura mix of rotating, seasonal vegetables (think sweet potatoes, okra, or cauliflower) paired with a vibrant pink beet “aïoli” made from aquafaba. Another crowd favorite is the juicy half chicken from the hearth, served with zucchini purée, roasted baby squash and basil oil.The Tobacco Road, infused with white oak smoke, is their updated take on the Old Fashioned." - Michelin Inspector

Gaspachos is family owned and inspired by the initiative to share healthier Mexican food options with our community. We opened our first brick and mortar, Gaspachos, in South Sacramento in 2019. The name is inspired by the authentic fruit cup known as a Gaspacho from Morelia, Michoacan. There, we've crafted raw, fruit cup recipes deeply rooted to our Mexican upbringing.Gaspachos 2.0 proudly carries on our vision with Mexican dishes that don’t leave you feeling heavy and some of our signature fruit cups.
