"The restaurant in the basement of the venerable grand hotel Bellevue Palace (Switzerland's official accommodation for foreign dignitaries) used to be Bern's mint – the name is a derivation of "numismatics". The atmosphere is cosmopolitan, chic and relaxed (the resident DJ plays in the evening).
