"An East Coast seafood chain is opening its first Texas outpost at 4080 Belt Line Road in Addison, according to permit applications filed with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Founded about five years ago in Florida and now operating roughly 10 locations including West Palm Beach, Pensacola and Winston-Salem, the concept focuses on spicy boiled seafood with about a dozen boil options such as blue crab, clams, crawfish and mussels. Those crustaceans are tossed in Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, garlic butter, a house “juicy special,” or combinations of those sauces, and customers can choose heat levels from no spice to extra hot. The menu also features fried shrimp and oysters, po' boys and classic sides like corn and potatoes. An official opening date for the Addison location has not yet been announced." - Amy McCarthy
