"Wing Boss, the virtual restaurant serving hickory-smoked wings, Cajun fries, and more, will open its first standalone restaurant later this summer in Addison. The restaurant, which is owned by barbecue behemoth Dickey’s, originally opened during the pandemic, hawking wings and other eats via delivery only in more than 70 cities nationwide.
