California Pizza Kitchen Opens in Franklin | Eater Nashville

"Opening October 9 in the CoolSprings Galleria in Franklin, this California Pizza Kitchen marks the brand’s second Nashville-area location. It introduces new menu items—protein-packed power bowls, cauliflower-crusted pizzas, and craft cocktails—alongside the hand-tossed pizzas, pastas, and other dishes the large brand is known for. The location features indoor and outdoor seating and a standalone bar in the center of the mall, and showcases CPK’s updated California-inspired look with reclaimed elements (skateboard pieces flank a few walls), sustainable materials, and touches of Nashville throughout the space. Founded in 1985 in Beverly Hills, CPK is credited with popularizing innovative California-style pizza and now operates more than 250 restaurants in 13 countries and U.S. territories.
