"When it comes to brunch and lunch, it’s hard to beat the dim sum cart experience. Mere moments after you sit down at Fu Lam Mum, hot tea and a seemingly endless flow of delectable little snacks are wheeled directly to your table. Depending on when you stop in during the brunch/lunch rush without a reservation, you might have to wait a little while, though usually not for more than a few minutes as seating is ample and the staff is very efficient. Make sure to grab at least one plate of the har gow that are bursting with juicy shrimp, as well as the cilantro and scallion roll, which appears to contain an entire garden of fresh herbs.
