Here, chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, who is well supported by his kitchen team, focuses on Mediterranean-based cuisine featuring modern techniques and meticulous presentation, showcased on a single 11-course surprise menu that is gradually revealed by staff as if they were unveiling a secret.
